Parents’ Nook make-up and cancellation policy

Family absence: If a family has to miss a day due to illness or for other reasons, we offer one makeup credit per series. Let us know, and the credit will be applied to your Stripe account for next time you register. 

Family Emergencies: In the rare case of a family emergency or a serious illness, please let us know, and we will do what we can to accommodate you. 

Teacher  Absence: If a facilitator must cancel, we will (a) add a group makeup, (b) credit your account, or (c) issue a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

How Credits Work: Credits live in your Stripe customer profile and auto‑apply at checkout. Credits expire 12 months after issue and are non‑refundable but may be transferred to another family (email us to arrange).

Please notify us as soon as you know your child will be absent. No‑shows without notifying us are not credit eligible.

Sick policy: Illness symptoms such as a fever, vomiting, contagious rash, or flu/COVID‑like symptoms require staying home.

Program Cancellations by Parents’ Nook: Low enrollment or venue issues are fully refunded.
