Join us for our Autumn Music Nooks at Upbeat Music, Milpitas. This 6-week series begins on September 2nd and takes place on Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Each session includes a 45-minute group music class, Mini Music Makers, followed by child-led play in a warm and thoughtfully designed environment.
It is a fun play-based music Nook where young children explore singing, movement, ehythm, and real musical instruments. We think it nurtures early music aptitude, inspires a love of music, and builds a strong musical foundation. Early childhood music development also supports hand-eye coordination, language growth, and vocal confidence. These early experiences lay the groundwork for lifelong musical learning.
Later, children will enjoy a high-quality play space equipped with Waldorf and RIE-inspired materials, story time, healthy snacks, and care from experienced play facilitators and teachers.
Our team includes professionals trained in: Early childhood education and development, Music education, Academic tutoring, Doula care and lactation counseling, Infant and child CPR, and Parent support and education.
More about the lead facilitator here:
We ensure a low child-to-teacher ratio (3:1) to provide individual attention and create a calm, supportive experience for children. Parents will stay on-site in the front desk area, where they can work or relax behind closed doors, steps away from their children.
Our parent coworker lounge provides high-speed Internet, complementary coffee and tea, and meeting spaces (on demand). Let us know if you need a meeting space we can arrange it for you.
