From our desk: Newsletter exploring community, parenting, and play

Newsletter

Our setups are guided by Piaget’s understanding of child development, and shaped by a blend of RIE and Waldorf-inspired practices. For babies, we draw more from RIE. For toddlers and preschoolers, we lean more toward open-ended play in the spirit of Waldorf education.

Hi everyone, I realized that it’s been a while since my last newsletter update back in February. We've been extremely busy with various aspects of running the operation, and I apologize for not keeping you all informed.

As we've mentioned, Nooks are small micro-communities, and we put a great deal of care and intention into fostering these spaces, whether they are just forming or already established. Even with small group sizes, we are actively collaborating with the parents who are committed to this new yet essential concept. We consider them our co-builders, as they invest much intention and attention into creating these environments.

Our space partners also play a crucial role, as their attention to detail helps us build something valuable for everyone.

We are restarting Nooks from the 8th of April. More details below. We already have 3 families committed. If you are interested in an observation or a single-session pass, please reach out to us. More information is provided below
