“As the owner of Nesting Spot for Birth and Beyond, where we are striving to create connections and offer more community to new and expectant parents, partnering up with Parents’ Nook was a simple decision because they have the same values and support the same cause in community for parents and children. Tanaya and Virginia work tirelessly to find the perfect locations for their co-working spaces. My Program Director, Jeanna and I could feel their passion for the work they do and it just feels right to work with strong and passionate women who want to bring support to families because this is who we are and what we do everyday.
We hope that the space we have to offer is one of comfort and ease to be able to get work, emails, phone calls, and even some quiet self care time in while knowing their children are in the next room over enjoying their exploration with different stations to guide them in thinking for themselves, solving puzzles in the way that suits their ways, and even gets some music time with Virginia while at The Nesting Spot. Knowing parents and children can be “at home away from home” at The Nesting Spot makes this partnership the perfect pairing of two women owned businesses in Santa Clara County.
